• Write a 100-to-500-words original opinion in Balinese (daily Balinese is accepted).

• Submit your piece on the BASAbali Wiki page! Click here to enter the Wikithon page, and click [create an entry for Wikithon].

• Make sure you are logged-in. Click here if you need help creating an account or logging-in.

• Complete the available fields:
  1. Title of your post (make it unique, in Balinese);
  2. A photo (will be your entry thumbnail). Upload your best selfie photo with a special BASAbali Wiki twibbon (click here to create one) If you prefer not uploading your photo you can use any photos related to your topic;
  3. Paste your post on the description field with the label “Balinese” (English and Indonesian versions are optional—unless you have time to translate it). 
  4. Write down your name on “Authors” field (you can use alias or your social media account name instead);
  5. Write down your affiliation, school, or campus on “Organization/School” field;
  6. Select the contest category on the “Category” field.
  7. Click the “Topic” drop-down menu and select “Maximizing BASAbali Wiki”;
  8. Write a short sentence about your topic on “Summary” field;
  9. Please click “save”. You’ll be directed to the published version of your post. Then, click the red button on the top right corner that reads “Participate in Wikithon”;
  10. Click (here) to get your certificate of participation.

Invite votes and share your post for favourite winner nomination, and give comments for the best comment category.

*Favourite winners of the previous Wikithons will not be re-nominated for favourite winners in the next Wikithons.
