What are your ideas, thoughts, hopes, and dreams for Bali?
The contest is divided into 4 sessions:
- Session II at 09.00–12.00
- Session II at 13.00–16.00
- Session III at 17.00–20.00
- Session IV at 21.00–23.59
Important! All participants can follow all sessions with only 1 entry per session.
This writing contest is for individual participants and aims to connect your daily activities in Bali with public issues that you are concerned about.
Write your ideas, thoughts, dreams, or hopes about Bali in 5 to 15 sentences. You can use daily Balinese
- Submit your final writing on BASAbali Wiki’s Wikithon page here. Click “Create an Entry for the Wikithon”.
- Make sure you are logged-in. If you need help creating an account or signing in, read the instructions here (via Desktop // Mobile). Then, fill in the entry form:
- A title of your writing in Balinese (optional for Indonesian and English).
- Write down your name on “Author(s)” (you can use alias).
- Write down your affiliation (school, institution, or organisation) on “Affiliation”.
- A photograph for your thumbnail. You can upload your best selfie. If you prefer not to show your photo, just upload any related copyright-free photo.
- Paste your writing on the “Description” section, on “in Balinese” field.
- Make sure that the topic field says “One Day in Bali”.
- Write a short phrase for your writing on “Summary”.
- Save the page. A preview will appear. On the top corner,click the red button that says “Participate in Wikithon”.
- Click here to get participant certificate.
- Let’s vote and share your ideas to find your favourite winner, and give your best comment to win the best comment category. The favourite winners of former Wikithons will not be counted in this Wikithon’s favourite winner selection.

The Favourite winner is counted based on votes that a participant gets during the voting period. Voting starts when a participant has finished creating a Wikithon entry. All participants can share their respective entry’s link to gain as many votes as possible.
