This contest is for either individuals or groups (of max. 3 persons).
- Write your 200-300-word original and plagiarism-free essay in Balinese (daily Balinese is acceptable).
- Submit your final essay on BASAbali Wiki website. Click here to enter the Wikithon page, and click [Create an Entry for the Wikithon].
- If you don’t have a BASAbali Wiki account, just sign up for free. Click here if you need any help signing up/logging in.
- On Wikithon entry page (after you are logged in), fill in the form:
- A creative or unique title for your essay in Balinese (bahasa Indonesia and English are optional);
- A photograph (for thumbnail). Upload your selfie or any relevant photograph on special BASAbali Wiki’s twibbon. Click here to create BASAbali Wiki Twibbon.
- Paste your final essay on “in Balinese” box on “Description” field.
- Write your name on “Author(s)/Contibutor(s)” field (you can use alias or pen name if you prefer not using your name).
- Write the name of your school, campus, or affiliation on “School/Organization/Institution” field.
- Select the category that you belong to on “Category” field.
- Create a short sentence about your essay on “Summary” field.
- Save your page. After you save it, you will find a red button somewhere on the top page “Participate in Wikithon”. Click on it. Your essay has been submitted!
- When you finish, click here to get participant’s certificate.
Don’t forget to vote and share your work to win the favorite winner category and comment on the best comment category. Favorite winners on the previous Wikithons will not be involved again in the next Wikithon’s judging process.
